  1. First, mash the potatoes in a bowl. Then add green peas, coriander, salt, green chillies, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, and soy sauce and mix all the mixture well.
  2. Now spoon the green chutney on one side of the roti. Then spread the prepared mixture well on half of the bread. After this apply mozzarella cheese and then add the filled portion to the other part.
  3. Now put butter in a pan on medium heat. Put the samosa flour on the pan and fry in the butter until it turns light brown.
  4. Samosa Dilla is ready, serve with red sauce.
