A saucy vegetarian spaghetti recipe is the most popular Italian dish.

- Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion until it becomes soft, about 4 minutes.
- Now add chopped stems of Lehsun and Basil and cook for a few minutes and then add chopped tomatoes, Sirka, salt and chilli and cook for 15 minutes while stirring.
- Now mix basil leaves and bring them to a boil and cook.
- Meanwhile, fill 3/4 boiling water in a deep pot and add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti until it becomes soft. Separate one cup of water from the ripe garden spaghetti and drain the remaining water.
- Now mix the spaghetti with the sauce in the pan and dilute the sausages by adding spaghetti water as needed.
- Serve hot garnished with the remaining Basil leaves and Parmesan cheese.
