A saucy vegetarian spaghetti recipe is the most popular Italian dish.

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion until it becomes soft, about 4 minutes.
  2. Now add chopped stems of Lehsun and Basil and cook for a few minutes and then add chopped tomatoes, Sirka, salt and chilli and cook for 15 minutes while stirring.
  3. Now mix basil leaves and bring them to a boil and cook.
  4. Meanwhile, fill 3/4 boiling water in a deep pot and add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti until it becomes soft. Separate one cup of water from the ripe garden spaghetti and drain the remaining water.
  5. Now mix the spaghetti with the sauce in the pan and dilute the sausages by adding spaghetti water as needed.
  6. Serve hot garnished with the remaining Basil leaves and Parmesan cheese.
