Cheesy Egg and Mushroom Breakfast Bread Pudding

This casserole is all of your breakfast staples (eggs, sausage and toast) in one dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook and crumble sausage, drain.
  2. Put bread in well-buttered 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Combine the eggs, milk, and spices.
  5. Pour over the bread and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle sausage and mushrooms on top.
  7. Cover and chill overnight. Remove casserole from the fridge at least 30 minutes before baking.
  8. Heat oven to 325*.
  9. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour.
